1. Purpose
These Terms set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities between the Company and users in connection with the use of the Fanloa service.
2. Definitions
- Service: the Fanloa game and related features provided by the Company
- Member: a person who has signed up for the service and been issued an account
- Content: all information in the game, including characters, currencies, items and records
- User-generated content: all information written by users, such as chat, mail and issue reports
3. Effect and Amendment of the Terms
The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that doing so does not violate relevant laws, and will give notice in advance of any amendment.
4. Membership Registration and Account Management
- Users must enter accurate information, and users are responsible for managing their account information.
- Transferring, lending or sharing accounts is prohibited.
- If fraudulent use is confirmed, the Company may restrict use or delete the account.
5. Use of the Service
- The Company may carry out regular/emergency maintenance to provide a stable service.
- The service may be changed or suspended depending on circumstances.
6. Prohibited Acts
Users must not engage in the following acts.
- Using the service or accessing the system by abnormal means
- Exploiting bugs, or using automation programs (macros)
- Stealing or impersonating another person's account, or fraud
- Posting profanity, hate, or illegal or harmful content
- Disrupting operations or undermining service stability
- Any act of exchanging or selling in-game currencies for money
7. User-Generated Content
- Users are responsible for the content they write.
- The Company may delete content that violates operating policies or laws without prior notice.
- The Company may view and retain user content to the extent needed for service operation, improvement and security.
8. In-Game Currencies and Items
- In-game currencies/items are a limited license for using the service.
- They carry no guaranteed cash value or refund, and may be adjusted as the service changes.
- External trading (such as real-money trading) is strictly prohibited, and if detected, all trading accounts will be deleted immediately without exception.
9. Termination and Restriction of Use
- Members may request withdrawal through customer support or the procedure provided by the operator.
- In case of serious violations, the Company may restrict use or delete the account without prior notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
- The Company is not liable for damages caused by force majeure such as natural disasters or communication failures.
- Unless there is intent or gross negligence on the Company's part, the Company is not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages.
